NORMA 100 is a labor compliance evaluation system introduced by Indonesia’s Ministry of Labor to promote adherence to labor laws and protect employee rights. Through a questionnaire comprising 100 core issues, the system evaluates companies’ performance in labor management, employee rights protection, and occupational health and safety management. The assessment covers areas such as employee training and certification, equipment certification, labor reporting obligations, working hours and rest periods, social security, and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The company excelled in all evaluation criteria, scoring 96.55 points, demonstrating outstanding management effectiveness.
